Looking for flexible work opportunities? We have casual positions available across various departments and are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!

Available Casual Positions:

  • Maintenance:

    • Perform general maintenance tasks around the property
    • Troubleshoot and fix minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
    • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working order
  • Housekeeping:

    • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas
    • Ensure high cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
    • Assist with general housekeeping duties
  • Kitchen Support:

    • Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
    • Help maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
    • Support kitchen staff during busy shifts
  • Food & Beverage (F&B):

    • Serve food and beverages to guests
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Flexible and reliable
  • A positive and friendly attitude

Maintenance Manager

Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager

Location: BIG4 Noosa North Shore, Queensland
 
Join a growing business in one of Queensland’s most stunning locations! BIG4 Noosa North Shore seeks an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance for our tourist park, accommodation, and pub.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance across the site, including facilities, pools, and infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain sewage and water treatment systems.
• Perform maintenance requiring work at heights and ensure team safety.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Resolve issues to maintain high guest standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other departments.
• Train and mentor the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Experience in similar roles (e.g., tourist parks or pubs).
• Expertise in sewage and water treatment systems (essential).
• Ability to safely perform work at heights (preferred).
• Construction background with a current White Card.
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Relevant trade qualifications (preferred).
